If you are too busy making this holiday season perfect to enjoy it, you are not alone. When we focus our energy on planning happiness, we risk failing to appreciate the good we have in front of us. If necessary include time to enjoy yourself in the plan. And then live in the moment by not allowing yourself to think of what you need to do next or what isn’t done. Enjoy the here and now, you will never get it back.
