Stress Release Week 5: Schedule Regular Doctor’s Appointments

The saying “what you don’t know can’t hurt you,” isn’t true when it comes to your health. Getting in to the dentist and doctor on a regular basis often get pushed to the bottom of our lists. Last year I committed and am recommitting this year to annual eye exams, bi-annual dentist visits and an annual check-up. This year I am extending that commitment to include following up with my doctor and blood work to track progress.
