Keeping track of what you are doing right before you eat and while you are eating will give you insight to some of the drivers of your eating. Are just leaving a stressful meeting and then need to eat? Are you sitting with your family for dinner? Are you multi tasking while eating? Understanding these drivers will empower you to make changes toward better food choices and feed your emotions without food.
